Within India: Please allow 5 working days for processing and 5–7 days for delivery.
International Orders: Delivery may take 3–4 weeks, depending on customs and local courier timelines.

Q9. Do you deliver to all locations?
We deliver across most pin codes in India. For international shipping, availability depends on local postal and customs regulations.

Q10. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping may be available for specific products or offers.

Q11. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, only before the order is shipped. Please contact us immediately with your updated address.

Q12. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally through India Post.

Q15. When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 48 business hours and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Q16. Are shipping charges refundable?
No, shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
